Anyone that pays any attention to the Mobility Industry has been privy to the controversies of Samsung’s ill-fated Samsung Galaxy Note 7. Samsung is slated to start afresh with their release of the Samsung Galaxy S8.
Specs about the Samsung S8
Although there won’t be much known about the device until it's revealed at the Mobile World Congress show next month, it is said that the Samsung S8 will likely start selling in April. Rumors are speculating that the phone will cost about $650 dollars for the base offerings and $850 for the full featured phone.
The S8 will likely be featured with two variants. One will be 5.7 inch variant, and the more premium variant is projected to be over 6 inches. Storage options will be above 64GB of storage with an included SD Slot. The front camera will also be robust like most Samsung users are accustomed to. The front camera will likely be 8 megapixels, and the rear camera will be 12 Megapixels. Another thing of note about the New Samsung S8 series, is that instead of offering both Edge and a non-Edge version, Samsung will only offer EDGE variants starting this year.
