We are excited to welcome Karen Nelson as our Help Desk Manager and newest member of the Wireless Analytics team. With over 20 years of experience in managing global support and professional services organizations, Karen has been successful in developing high performing teams. We are looking forward to working with her on improving and expanding our nationally ranked customer service and help desk support.

Karen understands the dynamics and flexibility required to manage global customers, ensuring that they receive personalized support. She is an expert in the design, development, and implementation of help desk systems.

Prior to joining Wireless Analytics, Karen held management positions at Harte-Hanks, Iron Mountain Digital, Progress Software, Intuit and VeriSign, Inc. She is skilled in project management and in identifying appropriate systems and technology to assist in the delivery of service excellence. We’re looking forward to working with her, and we’re excited to welcome her to this new role.
