Windows Phone 10 has added a variety of features. The app library is slated to expand much more due to refined streamlining with Windows 10 for PCs. More apps will be available as a result of Windows Phone 10 streamlining with Windows for PCs. Developers will only need to create a single version of an app for both the main Windows 10 OS and Windows Phone because of the unification of the architecture.
The photo app also has better synchronicity between main Windows 10 OS and Windows Phone. It functions the same way on both platforms. Last but not least, the marquee feature of the update is Continuum. This further expands on the theme of synchronicity as it will allow users on particular Windows Phones to dock their phones into monitors and tablets to get a Windows 10 Desktop-like experience. Docking between devices will be adaptive, and will adapt to the screen size that is available to it.

Consult Your IT Department Before Upgrading to Ensure Compatibility with Work Apps
Although these features may be very enticing and tempting for end users, we recommend that they stay on their current version of Windows Phone 8.1 as supported by their current company policies and IT departments. We recommend this as we cannot currently guarantee full Windows Phone 10 compatibility with work related programs.
